Battery Discharge Tester

The SOLLICH 1971 TRB tester is intended for use with nickel-cadmium batteries or lead acid batteries.

The tester supports batteries which:

  1. Nominal voltage ranges from 12V to 25.2V.
  2. Are made of 6 to 21 cells connected in series.
  3. Discharge current ranges from 1A to 400A

Description

The tester enables performing the following processes:

  1. Battery temperature measurement.
  2. Discharge of the battery.
  3. Measurement of the battery voltage at the battery terminals under the discharge current flow conditions.
  4. Measurement of the cell voltage – measurement of the cell voltage under the discharge current flow conditions.
  5. Measurement of the battery discharge current – measurement of the discharge current during the discharge process.
  6. Assessment of the condition of individual cells after the discharge process is finished.
  7. Measurement of the charge taken from the battery during the discharge process.
  8. Measurement of the battery capacity.
  9. Measurement of the battery temperature during the discharge process.
  10. Selecting the appropriate service program and setting the service parameters.
  11. Viewing parameters of the service during the program.
  12. Displaying messages for the Operator during the program implementation.
  13. Light and acoustic signaling of both operating status and alarms.
  14. Printout of the service report during program implementation.
  15. Printout of the service report after the program is completed.
  16. Storing the results of the service process in the station’s non-volatile memory
