Description
Cathodic Protection Station SOLLICH 1903 CPS is intended for the cathodic protection of metal structures, built on a large area, on its surface, in the ground, in water, with very good insulation in relation to the ground and the environment. In particular, these are all types of pipelines and gas pipelines
Cathodic Protection Station works in a three-electrode system with a reference electrode or in a two-electrode system without this electrode, wherein cathode -/K and Ku clamp are connected to the protected structure.
The CP (Cathodic Protection) Station allows the protection current to be temporarily switched off.
The device allows to switch off the protection current in the cycle Toff/Ton = 2/18, 3/27 or 6/54 [s/s], which allows to evaluate the effectiveness of cathodic protection.
The OK station enables the described task to be carried out automatically, adjusting the operating parameters so as to force the set value of current or potential. The device has the ability to change the operating mode and parameters manually and remotely
Cathodic Protection Station performs measurements of parameters:
- Ip – the polarization current of the structure.
- Uak – voltage between anode and construction.
- Eon – the switch-on potential of the structure
- Eoff – the switch-off potential of the structure.
- Uac_on – the effective value of the AC disrupt signals present on the structure.
- Uac_off – The effective value of the AC disrupt signals present on the structure.
- E(t) – Measurement of the time course of the construction potential.
